No Return Policy (With Exceptions)
The company's policy is to not accept general returns. However, returns and replacements are possible under specific, limited conditions.
Eligible Returns: Returns are only processed for items that are defective, or if you received the wrong product.
Proof Required: To initiate a return, you must provide a full, uncut unpacking video of the package. This video must clearly show the label on the package, the entire unpacking process, and the specific damage or incorrect item. Without this video proof, a return or exchange request will not be processed.
Timeframe: You must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product to report the issue.
International Orders: The company has a strict "no returns or replacements" policy for all international orders, even if the item is damaged or incorrect.
